What You Will Do:Exercise a deep background in federal agency website content management to oversee design and delivery of all planning materials and documentation that support the client's continued migration into a new website and CMSDraw on a deep background in federal agency program management office (PMO) work to support the planning and oversight of implementation work, and the advisory of senior clientsDrive internal and external vendor processes for defining, preparing, and moving content and other unstructured data into new data stores to support the client's complete data modernizationManage team and collaborate with external vendors to determine and apply content management best practices to client website pages and other assets to support modernization effortsWork closely with implementation vendor and lead our team to perform content validations, formatting and substance verification during migration, QA work relevant to the website and CMS, and generally support all content migration effortsDirectly contribute to and lead a cross functional team in finalizing presentation materials under quick turnarounds that brief client leadership, build consensus across the agency, etc.Autonomously lead website-centric workstream and manage implementation vendor delivery efforts core to the modernization of the client's websiteOwn complete discovery process for new client business requirements and work directly with implementation vendor to prioritize then translate those business requirements into functional and technical specificationsRevise metadata standards for website content to ensure consistency and completeness for client site descriptorsDirectly support product decision making by defining and applying a customer engagement strategy for new client data productsInterface with client leadership and lead meetings with stakeholders and support their website-centric needs to realize key goals of the digital transformationExercises a background in webpage, publishing, and communications compliance for federal agenciesWork hand-in-hand with and provide complete support for client IT resources to execute content management best practicesWork within cross-functional program teams to identify appropriate business solutions to client challengesCollaborate with the rest of the PMO team to understand evolving agency modernization needs and develop possible solutionsIndependently isolate problems and define solutions in a dynamic and extremely fast paced client support environmentExperience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and ability to guide a team under this delivery modelStrong communication skills: ability to be well-organized, clear and concise in conversations and written communicationsExperience in delivering quality work on time with multiple, competing prioritiesAssist business development activities, such as proposals, capture, whitepapers, and/or other thought leadership materialsAssist in the development and mentorship of your team, and advance their own understanding of data governanceGenerate clear, actionable documentation that enables self-guided executionMaintain good working relationships with client stakeholders and staff to facilitate engagement services.What You Will Need:
