We have over 20 brands in five categories – Home Care, Enterprise Oral Care, Personal Care, Skin Health and Pet Care.We're looking for a Temporary Contract position as Design Project Manager to join our Enterprise Oral Care team out of our New York Park Avenue headquarters.The Design Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the progression and organization of toothbrush design projects in collaboration with internal cross functional teams and external agency partners. This role involves planning, timeline and budget management, and serving as the primary owner of the design workflow.**Responsibilities:**+ Lead process from design through execution including identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization.+ Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining scope and deliverables.+ Manage the full design project timeline, ensuring all deadlines are met.+ Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional partners, external production, and integration managers.+ Lead and define agenda for status meetings with internal and external partners.+ Collaborate with the end to end global project manager to ensure alignment on the project timeline and deliverables.+ Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact the design process.+ Hold cross-functional teams accountable for their contributions to deliverables.+ Manage and track design project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered within financial constraints+ Champion Colgate-Palmolive’s design-integrated philosophy and brand equity standards.**Basic Requirements:**+ 8+ years professional experience in project management or creative operations. CPG design, brand or related creative industry preferred.+ Must be NYC accessible to be able to be onsite 3 days a week and as required by the business needs.+ Command of CPG design through artwork delivery workflows+ Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.+ Proven experience successfully managing, tracking and meeting budgets.+ Highly detailed oriented with excellent time management.+ Assertive with the ability to tactfully communicate on relevant issues.+ Confident problem anticipation and resolution+ Proficient in GSuite.**Preferred Requirements:**+ Understanding of the principles of great design systems (i.e., color theory; typography, shape language, content design, tiering, etc.)+ Familiarity with Project Management Tools such as Monday.com and Smartsheet._*This contract position is temporary through 12/30/2024 and will be managed through a 3rd. party staffing agency. Hourly rate ranges from $60/hr to $80/hr DOE_
