**Overview**As a Content Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing content strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives. You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content across various digital platforms and retail sites to drive engagement, increase sales, and support marketing initiatives.**Responsibilities****WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:**As a Content Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing content strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives. You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content across various digital platforms and retail sites to drive engagement, increase sales, and support marketing initiatives.Content Planning and Development+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, target audience personas, and market trends.+ Work with Brand Experience team to develop comprehensive content strategies that encompass various channels, including retail sites blogs, email newsletters, and more.Content Creation Project Management+ Oversee content creation processes with both internal and external creative teams, from ideation and drafting to editing, proofreading, and final publication.+ Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, style standards, and SEO best practices.Content Optimization and Management+ Implement content management systems and workflows to streamline content creation, publishing, and maintenance processes.+ Collaborate with stakeholders to repurpose and republish existing content for different channels and purposes.+ Continually conduct content audits and analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Content Distribution, Promotion & Reporting+ Develop distribution plans to maximize the reach and impact of content assets on retail channels including owned D2C channel+ Monitor and regularly report on content performance metrics, such as engagement, traffic, and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.Content Creation+ As needed assist creative team with development of graphic (photo or video) or copy elements for retailer or email needs.**Qualifications****WHAT YOU'LL BRING:**+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Graphic Design or related field.+ 3-5 years of experience in related field+ Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and work effectively under tight deadlines.+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling ability.+ Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.+ Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new content formats and platforms.+ Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro with the ability to create and edit engaging content.**BENEFITS & PERKS – WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:**Panasonic prioritizes total wellbeing. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
