Job Description- Maintaining accurate and current content on HUD's FHA knowledge base portal- Staying aware of FHA policies and procedures- Create and revise knowledge base content for HUD and FHA programs reflecting current policies and procedures- Perform audits and certify all published knowledge base articles for accuracy, functionality, and format on a quarterly basis- Meet deadlines for knowledge base content updates on HUD requests and FHA policy changes following standard operating proceduresManage and assign work to the knowledge base content team making sure performance expectations are metThe pay range for this position is 35/hr - 42/hrWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
