Promotions Coordinator_

**Sinclair Broadcast Group and Digital Solutions has a great opportunity for you!** We have an open position for a Special Projects Coordinator. This position is responsible for coordinating contest assets across broadcast and digital platforms, tracking sponsorship compliance and executing grassroots marketing events for Sinclair Broadcast stations in Bakersfield and Fresno. Additionally, you will work closely with the Promotions Director to maintain broadcast materials, enter data in broadcast traffic systems and maintain broadcast logs for multiple Sinclair Properties.**General Responsibilities:**+ Coordinate all facets of contesting including creating rules, disseminating relevant information for contests and distributing prizes+ Coordinate and track sponsored content details between sales and news+ Plan and execute off-site station events+ Manage promotion announcement libraries and populate promotion logs for multiple markets+ Communicate inventory availability or programming conflicts to stations daily+ Effectively work with other team members and managers in a professional manner+ Manage the placement of Public Service Announcements and relationships with charitable organizations+ Create and manage various reports using proprietary programs, Microsoft 365 and Adobe Suites.+ Other duties as assignedThe base hourly compensation range for this role is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour. Final Compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
