Oversees personnel, financial management, library operations, promotion, and community relations. Develops and monitors the library system's operating and capital budgets, grant applications, and donations. Works with library support boards to solicit funding from other sources. Develops policies and short and long range plans to address the needs of the library system. Coordinates library activities and priorities within a multi-location organization, including staff and facilities, and with other Municipal agencies, Municipal administration, and / or community groups as appropriate.
