Coordinates with appropriate stakeholders to develop collateral, event materials and other assets, and routing for review and approval. Researches and develops relationships with outside vendors. Supports ad hoc local event activation needs. Executes project deliverables within agreed upon timelines and budgets, sharing status updates with stakeholders along the way.**Job Description**+ **Core Responsibilities**+ Core Responsibilities Researches, writes and develops supporting marketing materials and presents recommendations to Marketing Manager or internal committee.+ Reviews literature pertaining to the current marketing project and previous marketing materials used in the assignment area.+ Development of direct mail postcards, fliers and other graphic design needs as assigned for field sales & other local marketing events.+ Acts as a point of contact for questions on department communications materials.+ Coordinating the day-to-day management of our larger vendors, keeping the relationships fruitful for both parties, and keeping costs within budget.+ Assists in translating business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge and understanding of customers, products and industries.+ Support community sports partnership event needs, drive to retail events, and Sales and Marketing departmental event support, as needed.+ Helps to create reporting to measure success of Marketing programs+ Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.+ Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
