The Associate Producer for Sports Marketing & Content will play a critical role in the production of a wide variety of projects within our dynamic sports marketing and content portfolio. This position supports the creation of captivating content that deeply resonates with our audience and aligns seamlessly with our brand’s vision. The Associate Producer will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of high-caliber, impactful content. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for sports, culture, and entertainment, coupled with a demonstrated history of producing engaging content across diverse platforms.**Responsibilities:**+ Lead and support the creation of promotional marketing content across all ESPN platforms, including linear, digital, social media, and new media formats.+ Set clear goals and manage workloads, collaborating seamlessly with creatives, editors, and production teams.+ Work closely with cross-functional teams in Creative Studio, Brand Management, Media, Production, and Programming to ensure unified messaging and branding.+ Oversee the production budget, ensuring timely and financially responsible delivery of all projects.+ Build and maintain strong relationships with external production companies, agencies, and vendors to produce top-tier content that embodies ESPN's brand.+ Stay updated on the latest content production trends and technologies to foster innovation and improve team efficiency.+ Strategically plan calendars and production schedules, balancing long-term initiatives with quick-turn projects.+ Ensure all marketing and content productions uphold ESPN's high creative standards and align with its mission and values.+ Act as a brand steward, maintaining consistency and quality across all touchpoints.+ Handle footage and manage clip-based projects efficiently.+ Write marketing copy and scripts as needed and allow enough time for feedback from all stakeholders+ Supervise the formatting and tracking of all deliverables while looking for efficiencies in every step of that process**Qualifications:**+ At least 2 years of experience in marketing production, preferably within sports, entertainment, or related fields.+ Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at building relationships across diverse teams.+ Superior presentation skills, capable of articulating a creative vision and securing stakeholder buy-in.+ Proficient in production and editing software, with a good grasp of emerging technologies and platforms.+ Solid understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing strategies.+ Skilled at working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.+ Deep knowledge of the sports industry and a passion for storytelling.+ A portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns and productions.+ A fervent drive for creativity, innovation, and challenging traditional marketing norms.The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $53,600.00 to $73,700.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
