Our goal is to be the partners that bring the best of Google Ads together to help solve marketers' tough problems, drive the industry forward, and cement perception of Google as a thought leader and strategic partner for advertisers of all sizes.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google (oogle.com/benefits/) .+ Lead creative strategy, concepting, development, and production of top priority projects across the organization that will help shift advertiser and industry perceptions of Google and drive business.+ Lead the rollout of new projects from brief to delivery: conceptualization, strategy, planning, execution of initiatives and integrated campaigns.+ Manage external agencies and partners to structure and execute programs, and efficiently deliver on campaign objectives and business goals.+ Work closely with, coordinate, guide, and influence executive cross-functional stakeholders to ensure maximum impact.+ Manage projects to timely delivery, with responsibility over budget, agreements, review cycles, and launches.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
