Immediately hiring for a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator at a well-known organization. Apply now!Description:• Manage and support novelty inventory, purchasing and shipping to events, sales offices, and clients• Manage trackers for all upcoming events/shows for the SBS marketing team• Partner with Franchise team to ensure the team and the sales reps have what they need for tradeshows• Prepare and mail out ‘Welcome Kit’ for the Franchise team• Provide weekly reporting on events/shows, novelty inventory status, progress on initiatives they are leading, etc.• On occasion, this person may have the opportunity to use brand guidelines and design/create/update/manage all aspects of a template repository for marketing collateral. This includes simple product sell sheets, digital ads, collateral, and other assets that will be used in digital media, social media, by the sales team, etc.Qualifications:+ Experience working in the marketing field+ MS Excel and MS PowerPoint experience+ Bachelor's degree highly preferred or Bachelors degree that is in progressAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
