As a Sr Marketing Specialist within PNC's Linga organization, you will be based in Naples, FL.Responsible for three big projects:CRM - Develop and execute strategies that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy overseeing the execution of product launches, marketing campaigns, managing the marketing tech stack, and ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's strategic goals.Business Intelligence - Analyze data and KPIs results, create marketing reports and suggest improvements and new strategies.Shopify management – Oversee the continuous update of content and coordinate the technical team.Key Responsibilities:- Product: Maintain performance, appearance, and product configuration across brands.- Shopify: Manage store content and oversee the technical team to maintain the storefront updated.- CRM: Develop and implement a comprehensive customer marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals for customer retention, expansion, and advocacy.- Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions. Ensure email communications are consistent with brand guidelines and optimized for performance.- Customer Engagement Programs: Build and manage a customer advocacy program to generate case studies, testimonials, and referrals. Encourage satisfied customers to share their success stories.- Internal Communications: Develop and coordinate the internal communications plan and Intranet Marketing updates.- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing teams to plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance targets.- Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing operations initiatives.**Job Description**+ Independently implements and manages defined marketing programs/initiatives.+ Leverages a strong comprehension of existing marketing strategies and drives execution of programs/initiatives.+ Develops and executes more complex marketing programs/initiatives, strategies and activities that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications.Proactively collects and synthesizes data in order to identify trends. Helps identify strategic and tactical implications.+ Ensures all operating activities are delivered within the established budget framework.+ Follows established processes and protocols including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners.
