**Job Description Summary**The Associate Director of Global Marketing, Endourology is responsible for driving profitable growth of the Endourology portfolio through the development of comprehensive commercial and product marketing strategies and execution of tactical marketing plans and programs. The position will lead global marketing for the platform, work closely with US Endo sales leadership, and regional Endo commercial leaders. Responsible for driving profitable growth of the Endourology portfolio through the development of comprehensive commercial and product marketing strategies and execution of tactical marketing plans and programs. The position will lead global marketing for the platform, work closely with US Endo sales leadership, and regional Endo commercial leaders. In addition, you will lead the marketing competencies for portfolio management, commercial excellence in GPDS, product launch and life cycle management, within the global and regional teams.Endourology Strategy+ Develop Platform Business Plans including setting of revenue objectives, profit objectives and identification of key success factors for global growth+ Communicates business strategy and status updates to major audiences (key clinicians, corporate officers, and field selling organization)+ Selects, develops, and retains marketing staffNew Product Development+ Lead global innovation, new product development, new business development strategy+ Assess market opportunities of core and adjacent space+ Oversee Product Managers in financial models, product development projects, and launch preparation+ Voice of customer ideation / validationGlobal Marketing Plan and Execution (US and international)+ Execute key strategic initiatives including targeting, positioning, value proposition, and pricing+ Maintains close communication with regionals, countries and the US sales management team to ensure execution of platform marketing plans and objectives.+ Provide sales tools to ensure consistency in delivery and execution**About you:**We are seeking a strong marketing leader with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Ideally, this person will have experience in surgical medical related to urology. Key to success in this role will be the ability to work cross-functionally and across geographies.The successful candidate will also have:+ Minimum 7 years of markelting, or other relevent experience.+ Strategic mindset, results orientation, high level of personal accountability, growth mindset.+ Excellent experience in strategic marketing, product marketing, and strategic planning.+ Strong commercial and analytical acumen.+ Capacity to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty, growth mindset and resilience in the face of obstacles.+ Proven track record of successfully launching new products.+ Ability to coach and develop a team.+ Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to foster understanding.**Location and Travel**+ Covington, GA, USA office+ Travel 40% of the timeFor certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon the Company’s receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
