Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will be responsible for the delivery, tracking, and reporting of UX initiatives. You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you.Contract Duration: 6+ Months**Required Skills & Experience**• 6-10 years of experience in a project management or program management role• Advanced project management and execution skills, including a passion for planning, tracking, organizing logistics, details, and documentation• Understanding of UX design and common design processes• Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and compellingly, effectively influencing across cross functional teams• Experience delivering with Design and Research in an agile methodology, establishing and managing team resources• Ability to execute in a large, matrixed organization.• Experience escalating issues, making trade-off decisions, balancing constraints, and communicating risk• Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers• Well-versed in Jira, Confluence, Figma, Microsoft Suite, and other common design, development, and program management platforms.**Desired Skills & Experience**• Bachelors/University degree**What You Will Be Doing**• Drive business impact across multiple concurrent projects by planning and leading design, research, and other UX workstreams in support of defined business objectives and user needs• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements and solve complex problems, creating intuitive, user-centered solutions• Promote design values and design consultation in your work, by leveraging a design-thinking focus• Proactively identify risks, and mitigation plans for those risks, before they become issues; adapt our strategy as needed to minimize project impact.• Scale operations by defining and formalizing repeatable processes, best practices, and corresponding documentation• Collaborate across UX teams to scale and execute project plans end-to-end, thinking about how to optimize resourcing, time, and funding investment• Track the utilization of resources and organize projects and workflow to maximize productivity and engagement• Work closely with analytics, research, and technology partners to ensure deliverables, features, and products are satisfying consumer needs and meeting business goals• Report on and communicate UX initiatives and team roadmap to outside groups, including executives, product owners, and development teams**You will receive the following benefits:**+ Medical Insurance - Four medical plans to choose from for you and your family+ Dental & Orthodontia Benefits+ Vision Benefits+ Health Savings Account (HSA)+ Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts+ Voluntary Life Insurance, Long-Term & Short-Term Disability Insurance+ Hospital Indemnity Insurance+ 401(k) including match with pre and post-tax options+ Paid Sick Time Leave+ Legal and Identity Protection Plans+ Pre-tax Commuter Benefit+ 529 College Saver PlanMotion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including Veterans/Disability/Women.
