Join our team as we help shape the future.This role will be responsible for executing marketing programs for Personal Lines, to drive new business at an acceptable return on investment. In partnership with team members across marketing, creative and analytics, responsibilities include the setup, execution, monitoring, optimization and reporting of marketing campaigns. Additionally, the Sr. Specialist Marketing Programs will support the Program Managers with campaign management and forecasting processes for marketing programs. The ideal candidate strives for excellence, has a strong background in data analysis, as well as expertise in print and/or online campaign execution and measurement. Experience in marketing or related fields (customer experience, digital test and learn roles, etc.) is preferred.This role will have a Hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of working in an office in Hartford, CT 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).Responsibilities:+ Own the monitoring of results and analysis and creating tools and reports necessary to identify trends and areas of opportunity+ Partners with the Marketing leaders to identify opportunities to refine workflows and tools needed to manage campaign tracking and execution and internal forecasting and variance monitoring.+ Partner with Sales and Operations, including routines that drive collaboration and effective communication to leaders and front-line staff+ Identify and implement innovative strategies that lead to marketing enhancements to increase growth potential and/or process improvements+ Create and present materials that clearly articulate business results, outcomes, or strategy for a variety of audiencesQualifications:+ Bachelor’s degree required.+ Minimum of 3 years in marketing or analytical role+ Experience developing strategy and critical thinking– diagnosis, guiding policy and coherent action – and executing against a plan+ Strong analytical competency and proficiency with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint+ Highly organized and detail oriented; energetic self-starter who takes initiative and can manage internal/external resources effectively+ Ability to work at a fast pace and effectively navigate, partner and collaborate with other parts of the organization including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Enterprise Resources.+ Track record of success working in a results-driven environmentCompensationThe listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
