Join us to play a key part in enhancing digital marketing operations and driving impactful results.This role is classified as 'Hybrid' which will allow you to work from one of these office locations, New York, Atlanta, Boston, or Chicago.Your future role at Aon:As our new Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a key resource within our Digital Marketing Center of Excellence, enabling the delivery of high-performance programs across key organic social and digital advertising channels. Reporting to Aon’s Head of Digital Channel Performance and Strategy, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the marketing and communications team to embed governance and best practices into Aon’s digital channels, helping colleagues activate and measure programs effectively and ensuring that Aon stands out on digital platforms.Job Responsibilities:+ Provide day-to-day governance of key organic social and digital advertising channels and platforms, including monitoring and handling on-channel issues and administering policies and best practices.+ Track and prioritize incoming requests and manage access administration across channels and platforms, including LinkedIn Business Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, etc.+ Propose and implement processes and best practices to streamline operations, improve the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, and ensure optimal use of digital marketing tools.+ Serve as a technical guidepost for all things related to Hootsuite and social channels, especially LinkedIn.+ Support the development and rollout of enhanced social media strategy and robust digital marketing measurement and analytics program.+ Help manage the colleague amplification program, ensuring a continuous flow of engaging and relevant content.+ Systematically collect and document learnings and recommendations across key campaigns and programs.+ Run and facilitate training sessions for internal teams on key digital channels and platform strategies and best practices.+ Develop and maintain repositories of digital marketing best practices, resources, and governance to be scaled across the organization, including SOPs, FAQs, processes and workflows, policies, training, and capabilities.+ Collaborate with vendors and agencies to discover and assess emerging digital marketing trends and best practices, drive strategic recommendations, and evolve key channels.Qualifications:+ 3+years of experience carrying out strategies and reporting across organic social and paid marketing channels and tactics, including organic social, paid social, paid search, display advertising is preferred.+ Functional knowledge of key digital marketing tools and platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook Business Manager X, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, and Hootsuite preferred. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, IL. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
