**About the Role**We are looking for a strategic consumer product marketer who has experience working in the fintech and/or payments space. In this role, you will be responsible for helping develop Uber's consumer financial products and payments offering. You will lead the workstream on one of our pillars and will serve as a key stakeholder in defining and executing the product and marketing strategic roadmaps. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of product, marketing, business development and customer experience. We are looking for someone who has experience in using data to build products consumers love and has successfully brought new products to market. Experience in consumer financial products and/or payments space as well as working closely with business development and partnerships is required.**What You'll Do**+ **Strategic Leadership:** Provide leadership and influence how product marketing and cross-functional teams deliver on payments and new consumer financial products products, partnering closely with the product, business development, operations and global marketing teams to drive impact.+ **Global Mindset:** Lead the creation of worldwide marketing campaigns, guiding the development of global creative as well as local strategies to deliver the best products and grow those products across all markets.+ **Research & Insights:** Partner with cross-functional teams to drive a qualitative and quantitative research agenda that informs product, BD and marketing. Deliver insights and industry perspective that drives confidence and action.+ **Positioning & Messaging:** Triangulate customer, market, competitive and business insights to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with new and existing Uber audiences, and drives the product roadmap and go-to-market.+ **Go-to-market strategy & execution:** Develop impactful go-to-market strategies, ensuring we are effectively raising awareness, comprehension, conversion and retention of our customers with the right message, at the right time.+ **Experimentation:** Deliver test-and-learn plans that are measurable and optimized across key channels to measure impact on awareness, conversion and retention of customers to our products.+ **Business knowledge/acumen:** Deeply understand the mechanics and metrics of the Uber marketplace and payments products.+ **Zero-to-One Leadership:** Experience using insights to bring products from concept to product-market fit. Experience taking a new vertical and defining what success looks like as well as the best path to get there.+ **Partnership Marketing & Business Development:** Partner closely with our brand marketing and BD teams to ensure we build and support effective partnerships.+ **Fintech and/or Payments Expertise:** Depth of experience in consumer financial products and/or payments.**Basic Qualifications**+ 4+ years marketing and/or product marketing experience delivering highly successful marketing and engagement strategies.+ Minimum 2+ years in a product marketing role.+ Experience in consumer financial products and/or payments product marketing+ You are an exceptional marketer who makes sophisticated products simple and delivers world-class creative across the full marketing funnel.+ Demonstrated experience workong across multi-stakeholder products+ Experience using data to tell stories, inform strategies and guide decision making.+ You are a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated self-starter who enjoys challenges and is not deterred by complicated/complex situations.+ You are a team player with a can-do attitude who thinks there is no project that is too big or too small to take on.+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.+ Strong interpersonal skills**Preferred Qualifications**+ Experience in loyalty and partnerships marketing a plus.+ MBA or Master's degree nice to have; international experience is a plus.For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
