Instructional Designer/Content Specialist_

FocusKPI is looking for an Instructional Designer/Content Specialist to join one of our clients, a high-tech, SaaS company.In this role, the client is seeking an Instructional Designer with experience building training using multiple modalities, inclusive of micro learning, audio/visual content, and other (non-ILT) interactive modalities.Work Location: Remote: anywhere in the US/have to be willing to work in CSTDuration: 2 months contract/ 20 hours; have to be online part of the day with a fixed schedulePay Range: $70/hr to $78/hrResponsibilities:+ Contribute to the redesign and/or refresh of existing instructional content+ This person will be responsible for converting existing course materials into new modalities (of which there will be a variety) as defined by their Sr. Instructional DesignerQualifications:+ Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training required+ 5-7 years related experience required+ Knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and learning management systems+ Solid project management & planning skills+ Experience with Articulate Rise+ Familiarity with audio and video+ Production for learning content+ Problem-solving skills+ Previous experience with products like JIRA, Asana, Confluence or Trello etc. is a strong bonusThank you!FocusKPI Hiring TeamFounded in 2010, FocusKPI, Inc.
