**Job Description:**+ This position is to strategize, develop, and publish best-in-class support communications/content in assigned areas of the client’s Help Center as part of go-to-market product launches. The position will also continuously improve support content in assigned areas in close collaboration with key stakeholders. This position will be in a team of 5x other Senior Comms Strategists spread between California and New York.+ Our team drives and executes support communications/content strategies for GTM product launches as well as for continuous improvements to support content in the Help Center. We collaborate to this end with a variety of business functions, such as visual communications (videos), Product Specialists (go-to-market launch coordinators), Product Support Managers (frontline strategists for high-touch support), and more.**Responsibilities:**+ Align with XFN on go-to-market launches for efficient planning, launch time management, and product detail/change understanding.+ Execute against required go-to-market timelines: strategize entry points and linking strategies, draft communications according to style/tone guidelines, iterate based on XFN input, request localization, publish on launch date(s), and effectively delegate any of the above to vendor agent support teams where applicable.+ Collaborate with internal teams on continuous improvements to assigned areas of the client’s Help Center that are informed by metrics and Support business goals; strategize, draft, iterate, and execute those improvements.**Experience:**+ 5+ years of experience in content development, production, or management for a technology company and/or website.+ Knowledge of content principles and best practices for commercial audiences.+ Ability to understand, prioritize, and successfully communicate complex concepts and technical information to business audiences.+ Ability to manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously while adhering to established schedules and maintaining alignment with stakeholders.+ Experience in online content production, editing, UX writing, or marketing content for consumer-focused communications.+ Experience operating within support organizations.+ Excellent project manager and self-starter, with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time.+ Excellent learner with a firm grasp of HTML and CMS (Content Management Systems).+ Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills.US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
