The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project-based HAP Contracts with HUD and experience transmitting vouchers through TRACS. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with EIV.Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of the property- Ensure compliance with all HUD regulations and guidelines- Maintain accurate records and files related to Section 8 housing- Process and transmit vouchers through TRACS- Conduct annual and interim recertifications for residents- Maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and vendors- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all reports and paperwork- Monitor and manage property budget- Implement marketing strategies to attract new residentsRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Community Manager with Section 8 experience- Strong understanding of project-based HAP Contracts with HUD- Experience transmitting vouchers through TRACS- Knowledge of EIV- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong organizational and time management skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management softwareWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
