Great opportunity for an SEM Specialist with a growing organization. They are looking to get the news out about their growth, and you can be a part of leading the Google PPC and Yelp CPC ads. Must be Bilingual/SpanishAbout the Role:+ Develop and execute paid search marketing campaigns across various search engines (Google Ads, Yelp Ads, etc.)+ Analyze how to optimize so we can drive qualified traffic, leads, and conversions for our business wesite.Responsibilities:● Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-volume, relevant keywords.● Develop and manage paid search campaigns across various search engine platforms.● Write compelling ad copy (headlines, descriptions) and optimize landing pages for conversions.● Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to optimize results.● Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign effectiveness.● Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in SEM marketing.● Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategywith our director, brand strategist, content strategist as well as creative team.Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred).● Minimum 2+ years of experience in SEM marketing with a proven track record of success.● Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research tools, and biddingstrategies.● Experience with Google Ads, Yelp Ads, and other search engine advertising platforms.● Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionablestrategies.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Competitve salary and hiring immediately!Benefits: ( Only applicable after the 24 week introductory period )PTOSick daysPaid HolidaysHealth and vision benefitsIf you are qualified, please apply, attach your resume and you can also send to carolyn.scharpenberg@adeccona.com.
