DescriptionThe Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Executive Marketing team is seeking a Content Operations Coordinator to help manage content development and delivery across various strategic executive programs. The Global Executive Marketing team develops and executes high-impact marketing programs that drive engagement with C-suite executives, business leaders, and decision-makers worldwide.Key job responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize large amounts of content assets across Executive Marketing programs. This includes management of session abstracts, speaker biographies and speaker preparation materials.- Provide pre-event and onsite support for events, including, but not limited to, assisting with speaker scheduling and preparation, and content delivery operations.- Regularly report on project status, workloads, and milestones to keep projects on track and drive alignment.- Evaluate Program performance and drive continuous improvement: develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of content, including attendee satisfaction and business impact.- Manage a broad set of internal and external stakeholders, including content owners, executive speakers, and customers.- Own delivery timelines across multiple programs, surfacing risks and roadblocks proactively, anticipating problems with creative solutions.A day in the lifeAs a Content Operations Coordinator, you will work within a highly collaborative team where you will manage the day-to-day operations of content development and delivery. You will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to drive efficiency in sourcing, creating, and publishing content for the executive audience. You will partner with program leads to manage the delivery of content through various marketing programs and assist with speaker scheduling and preparation for high visibility events. The Content Operations Coordinator will provide on-site support at events as needed to help drive an impactful experience for our customers.This candidate has experience working independently to deliver results across parallel work streams. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and be comfortable interfacing with an executive audience. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of events, speaker sessions, and content management, collaborating with various stakeholders and teams to deliver bar raising experiences.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, English or a related field.- Comfortable managing a high volume of content- Experience with event management or project management- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, and time management skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on insights.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with visual design and creating digital signage- Experience with copy editing- Experience working in a highly ambiguous, fast-moving environmentAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $54,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $116,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
