DescriptionThis high visibility role is an important part of Amazon Ads’ growth and success. As the central interface between Advertising Trust (AT) and the Ads Product teams, this Principal TPM will make important strategic and tactical decisions on where AT needs to invest its tech resource to support critical business growth and expansion initiatives by the Ad Product teams, such as Prime Video Ads and Sponsored Ads. This role will eventually report to the VP of Advertising Trust, and have high visibility to multiple product and Engineering Directors in the wider Ads org. We are looking for someone with high technical acumen, coupled with strong judgement, business acumen, prioritization skills, and communication skills. As a trusted leader in the AT org, other leaders in AT will look toward this TPM for guidance on the emerging moderation needs of Ad Products, and for coordination and prioritization of investment efforts inside the AT org.Advertising Trust (AT) ensures that Ads we present are safe and free from egregious defects that would harm the trust between Amazon and our customers and ad viewers. Our central role in the Ads ecosystem means AT is often on the critical path of new product launches, feature launches, and expansions. We are also embarking on an ambitious technical re-architecture program to update our core infrastructure to deal with emerging Ad Product and business trends.As Principal TPM in the Advertising Trust team, you will be the interface between AT and the wider Ad Product teams who are launching new and exciting ad features, which require moderation and policy enforcement. We are a high visibility org that includes Policy experts, WW Human Operations centres, Science, Engineering and Product teams. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
