From air combat training to state-of-the-art electronic warfare systems, our technology is deployed by virtually all U.S. military and government agencies around the world.**Job Summary****Job Responsibilities**+ Support communications projects in the areas of advertising and promotional programs, public relations and trade shows, including Internet-based communications. Prepare materials for internal and external presentations and communication materials. Coordinate the distribution of internal and external communications literature.+ Perform a variety of difficult to complex activities in support of functional areas such as production operations, engineering, or human resources for a specific project, business or a technical unit+ Participate in the development and implementation of projects, work methods and procedures+ Recommend changes to improve efficiency+ Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources+ Compile, review and analyze data+ Use software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations+ May design processes to enhance work flow+ Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures+ This position typically spends 70% of their time supporting the function+ Thorough understanding of general job aspects and moderate understanding of the detailed aspects of the job+ Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization**Job Responsibilities Part II****Qualifications**+ High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of experience+ Must be flexible and willing to move between projects and tasks quickly and as needed+ Must have the ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team+ Must pay exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage own time effectively, produce work of the highest quality, and meet deadlines consistently+ Must be proficient in office procedures and possess good writing and verbal skillsU.S. Citizenship required.
