Job DescriptionOur client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Video Conferencing Coordinator in our Kansas City office to oversee all aspects of video conferencing operations within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing video conferencing systems, scheduling meetings, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth execution of virtual events and conferences. The candidate must be service oriented, able to communicate effectively both written and verbal form with all levels of employees including firm management.
