Reporting to and working closely with the Manager of Creative Design, this role is responsible for producing graphics and creative assets that fulfill creative needs across various sport and lifestyle programs.A successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced and deadline-driven work environment, has knowledge of and adheres to industry standards, and delivers high-quality creative to maintain New Era’s brand standard and meet project deadlines.Responsibilities+ Work within the Creative Services team to produce high-quality creative assets from existing design direction or campaign creative to meet deliverable deadlines+ Collaborate with team members and partners on video and motion content creation+ Produce creative assets within brand, league, and campaign-specific style guide requirements+ Translate project brief direction and business needs into visually engaging and effective design assets+ Create layouts, graphics, and other deliverables to support product sales and marketing cycle+ Individually manage multiple projects daily while meeting established deadlines+ Follow a workflow consistent with best practices and timeliness defined by the Creative Services team+ Keep all sensitive matters confidential+ Other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere+ Knowledge of graphic and visual design principals; print production experience is a plus+ Experience producing motion and video files; audio editing experience is a plus+ Ability to work within brand guidelines while finding creative ways to apply new technology and ideas+ Must be comfortable and confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment+ Ability to effectively self-manage time and priorities with project timelines in mind and keeping team members informed+ Must be a team player who is open to receiving constructive feedback+ Must be highly organized and able to adhere to pre-defined conventions, processes, and workflows+ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications+ Keep confidential all sensitive/unreleased materials+ Appreciation and interest in sports/lifestyle apparelEducation and Experience+ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design+ Zero (0) to One (1) year of experience in (agency or in-house) graphic design and production experience+ A portfolio of work demonstrating the skills associated with this position (required)Travel Requirement+ Negligible (0 – 5%)New Era Cap, LLC is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer that believes in inclusion and does not discriminate against any candidate or employee on the basis of race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetics, or any other basis protected by applicable local, state or federal laws.The salary range for this posted position is $43,000 - $52,000 (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Western New York.
