DescriptionAs Enterprise Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to drive lead generation, conversion, and business growth. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders to create and implement and optimize effective marketing campaigns. We need a strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and leader who can drive their marketing efforts to the next level.Key job responsibilities• Responsible for designing, building, executing, analyzing, tracking, and continuously improving marketing campaigns and driving operational excellence within the marketing team• Implement and maintain marketing automation best practices, including lead scoring, email nurturing, audience segmentation and program builds across marketing channels.• Develop reporting and analyses for multi-channel marketing campaigns using various tools, focusing on progress toward generating leads and driving engagement, ensuring campaigns sit within the campaign hierarchy.• Oversee project management where needed for large scale projects, ensuring good communication, organization and marketing expertise, with the ability to navigate multiple tools and complex workflows whilst maintaining operational best practices for campaign production for the business.• Manage data quality and cleanliness within various tools such as SFDC, Marketo, Uberflip, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.• Implement data segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance campaign personalization and effectiveness.• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.• Use data analytics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.• Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.About the teamAWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market.
