And with a comprehensive benefits package and perks including on-site health care, wellness courses, education assistance and family support, you can be sure that your health and wellness is our top priority._Apply today to join a team that can help empower you to be a part of something bigger, while elevating your career to the next level._**Minimum Qualifications**+ 5 years of experience in marketing, growth strategy or related roles+ Experience in Lifecycle or CRM marketing+ Experience with email deliverability analytic software+ Ability to analyze and determine insights using marketing email, SMS and push notification reports+ Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making+ Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams+ Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud**Preferred Qualifications**+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, Economics or related field+ Knowledge of project management systems+ Experience in the Financial Services industry**Job Summary**As a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll use data insights to build CRM strategies, guide creative briefs and deploy lifecycle marketing (emails, SMS and push notifications). You'll ensure data quality, follow email deliverability best practices and analyze KPI data reporting at the enterprise level. You'll be able to use your expert knowledge in business processes and experience to guide decision making for multichannel marketing automation journeys.**Responsibilities**+ Develop CRM Lifecycle roadmaps and testing plans to deliver on business objectives+ Leverage data insights to inform creative brief and campaign development+ Configure and optimize multichannel marketing automation journeys+ Monitor deliverability across multiple platforms and address issues as they arise+ Troubleshoot and respond to escalated requests for support and guidance+ Analyze and provide recommendations on client reports using key performance indicators from marketing emails, SMS and push notifications+ Ensure the organization is staying in compliance with the CAN-SPAM law and take the appropriate actions when needed+ Represent the team at strategy meetings to serve as a subject matter expert on recommendations for multichannel marketing automation journeys+ Mentor others on the team and delegate responsibilities when needed+ Partner with leadership to determine strategic initiatives for the team**Benefits and Perks**Our team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
