We are seeking a Content Manager who has the organizational skills of a project manager, the pixel-perfect eyes of a designer, the sky-high standards of a copy editor, and the ability to converse fluently with technical teams to help drive the on-time delivery of assets, and act as a champion for Apple standards, ensuring that all final customer-facing deliverables represent the best of Apple.**Description**Manage customer and internal facing content for REM, working with a team of cross-functional program mangers, producers, globalization producers, creatives, product managers and publishers from the production agency. Responsibilities include: Directly responsible for delivery of planned and urgent global projects for constantly evolving business priorities across WW timezones Responsible for balancing stakeholders across multiple groups Work closely and coordinate with planning, strategy, localization, platforms, cross functional producers for on-time delivery and flawless execution. Leading and communicating the development of project launch plans. Oversee detailed planning of launch assets and deliverables Running task assignment and briefs to production agency and validating their work Identifying system improvements, providing business requirements and leading User Acceptance Testing for new CMS features Partnering with creative teams to prototype new content formats and layouts across multiple platforms for the best possible customer and team experience. Validating each milestone from launch to takedown, maintaining brand consistency and protecting the customer experience Participating in post-release analysis to identify wins and challenges. Carry findings forward to continually improve future project deliveries and execution Training all CMS users in the team as new features new front end and backend features get released Defining best practices in the content handoff process in partnership with other teams Leading the on-boarding and continual training for all new members of the global production team Demonstrating Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities and contributing to an inclusive environment through respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn**Minimum Qualifications**+ 5-7 years of experience managing content at a global scale with experience managing assets for multiple languages and countries+ Experience with content management systems, including technical design, development and UAT cycles+ 5+ years of experience using project/process management with a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables+ Excellent written and verbal communicator+ Familiarity with HTML, XML and CSS**Key Qualifications****Preferred Qualifications**+ Experience in rapidly changing environments with time-constrained launch schedules+ Experience in prepping content for AI deployment including understanding of tagging and cataloging strategy+ Experience in SEO+ Expertise in video publishing and working knowledge of video formats, localization aspects, accessibility e.t.c.+ Experience in managing teams is a plus**Education & Experience****Additional Requirements****Pay & Benefits**+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
