The Newell Photographer executes the strategy set by forth by Brand and Marketing teams. The photographer/videographer will collaborate directly with cross-functional teams to execute content strategies both in still photos and video. Photographer will also be responsible for meeting production deadlines and adhering to product photography and video standards.**Responsibilities:**+ Collaborate with the Art Director, Designers and styling team on photography needs, consistent with the brand strategy, creative briefs and evangelizes the brand through photography and product video+ Product Photography/Videography: Photograph a broad range of products utilizing several photography styles+ Demonstrates creative sensibility and strong photographic and technical skills to meet production standards with minimal reshoots.+ Post Production: Retouch and edit images/video, with high attention to detail, quality and consistency.+ Facilitates a team-oriented environment that is focused on continuous improvement of the process and product representations.+ Maintains the brand voice & style across all photography work.+ Follow detailed asset management and file naming practices.+ Maintain a professional studio environment, including timely clean-up and organization of set, equipment, and props.+ Manage and deliver upon daily deadlines, demonstrating self-motivation, strong time management and organizational skills.**Qualifications:**+ 3-5 years of photography/Videography experience.+ Portfolio of photo/video work that demonstrates creativity and showcases technical skill.+ Product photography experience both in studio and on location+ Advanced knowledge of professional DSLR cameras, lenses, strobe/studio lighting, composition and photo styling.+ Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite & industry standard software: Photoshop, Premiere, Capture One+ Must have experience in shooting, lighting, processing, retouching photos+ Understanding of file naming, metadata and digital asset management required+ Demonstrates ability to create 60 sec product videos+ Must be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.+ Facilitates a team-oriented environment that is focused on continuous improvement of the process and product representations.Newell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, including Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Graco, Coleman, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Yankee Candle, Paper Mate, FoodSaver, Dymo, EXPO, Elmer’s, Oster, NUK, Spontex and Campingaz.
