Speed and scale are at the core of what we do.We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Media Coordinator - Life Cycle Marketing to join our Lifecycle Marketing team. As a Media Coordinator , you will play a role in executing lifecycle marketing strategies aimed at maximizing customer engagement, retention, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of customer lifecycle stages, segmentation strategies, and omnichannel marketing tactics.RequirementsThe Ideal Candidate will:+ Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing Strategist Lead on execution and troubleshooting of marketing campaigns.+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement loyalty acquisition campaigns aimed at acquiring new users.+ Manage the content planner, ensuring monthly campaign objectives are outlined, with a focus on initiatives for client lifecycle marketing growth.+ Explore test-and-learn scenarios to improve Customer Acquisition Value (CAV), including strategies like increasing post-sign-up conversion, shortening the time between purchases, and encouraging desired customer actions.+ Execute and evaluate email reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, offering analysis and recommendations.+ Stay informed about email and SMS best practices and industry standards, and suggest new ideas and approaches to achieve KPIs.+ Grow email and SMS opt-in lists, and develop strategies to reduce churn and unsubscribe rates.+ Capable of assisting with logic for email + SMS campaigns and automation.+ Capable of providing copywriting, basic design enhancements, and production executions as necessary.+ Efficiently segment email lists and establish nurturing campaign systems tailored to diverse e-commerce audiences.+ Evaluate the efficacy of email marketing campaigns and consistently improve ROI using data-driven insights.+ Measure the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns and continually enhance ROI through data-driven insights.+ Monitor and troubleshoot user experience issues impacting the email marketing program to ensure prompt resolution.Desired Qualifications:+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field+ 2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or digital marketing roles.+ Familiarity with design applications such as Canva, Figma, and Photoshop is beneficial but not mandatory.+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.+ Exemplary attention to detail.+ Strong project/time management skills.+ Experience with e-commerce retail brands is preferred, but not required.+ Skilled in managing multiple projects, adept at swiftly adapting to shifting priorities, and consistently meeting deadlines.+ Capable of independent work, demonstrating proactive behavior, and taking the initiative to organize and complete tasks punctually.+ Solid product vision and deep understanding of the email ecosystem; experience with email deliverability is advantageous.+ Passion, determination, and eagerness to contribute to a thriving team dedicated to making a positive impact for both the company and our clients.BenefitsOur people come first.
