Sr. Director of UI/UX Development_

**Job Description:**One World Technologies, Inc dba TTI Power Equipment, has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Sr. Director of UI/UX Development that oversees development, functionality, creative and personnel related to all interactive efforts within our internal creative department. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package -- tuition assistance, 401(k), medical/dental/vision coverage, vacation and holidays.Primary Responsibilities+ Strategic leader that oversees the production of interactive projects (i.e. websites, wire frames, email and banner campaigns, social media, ecomm, UI/UX strategy, customer journey and experience).+ Provides strategic future planning skills and visionary thinking all through the customer mindset.+ Concept and collaborate on interactive/digital deliverables.+ Oversee FE/BE Developers, Digital Design Managers, Designer, Project Managers. This includes reviews, promotions, hiring, and disciplinary actions.+ Research new technology and trends regarding interactive. Keeps all involved up to date on findings.+ Manage vendors (i.e. developers, translation companies, search engine and email distribution companies).+ Review and approve all inside and outside costs related to interactive.+ Meets with interactive/digital team daily.+ Key partnership with marketing management+ Meets with SVPs and Presidents on an as needed basis.+ Keeps track of performance analytics and recommends improvements.+ Works with the IT department regarding the hosting of websites and data storage for all interactive efforts.+ Collaborates with other Torque Directors, CCI, and Customer Service on shared projects.+ Continually checks existing sites for mistakes and bugs.+ Negotiate cost and timelines with outside advertising agencies, while being comfortable with interactive (industry) terms to keep projects running smoothly and without error (i.e. CRM, CMS, SEO/SEM, etc.)+ Analyze client analytics (email, marketing, and website) and provide needed feedback and ways to improve future campaigns.+ Manage priority of projects and work with teams to ensure communications at all levels+ Performs other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:+ Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience+ Must have experience working internal for a Consumer Br+ 8+ years of experience in site development, interactive creation and production+ 5+ years of management experience+ Must be very knowledgeable of all aspects regarding interactive media, site development, strong leadership skills to drive, motivate and inspire the site management, interactive/design team to hit all business/product timelines.Desired Skills:+ Experience or familiarity with+ Backend development languages (i.e. Ruby, Python, JavaScript)+ Front end development languages (i.e. HTML, CSS, JavaScript)+ Mobile development languages (i.e. Swift, Kotlin)+ Analytics languages/programs (i.e. SQL, DAX, GA, PowerBI ect.)+ Cloud services/providers (i.e. Google, AWS, Microsoft)+ ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle)+ Documentation/peer review repositories (i.e. GitHub, GitLab)+ General MDM strategy and architecture.Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/DisabledWe endeavor to make this site accessible to any and all users.
