REMOTE UI / Graphic Design Lead_

Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Graphic Design Lead to work for a large corporate event-planning client, in support of one of their customers. This individual will be responsible end to end, event registration site buildouts, directly interfacing with the executive-level customer contacts throughout the duration of the role.The position will sit completely remotely, with exception of occasional travel for customer visits. Please read further below!Essential Functions:Collaborate with clients, their design teams, product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experienceAbility to use design artifacts to extrapolate a defacto design style guideReview design for compliance to defacto or actual design guidelinesCommunicates well and takes direction from client designers/ and their agenciesExecute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering or printerConceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocksCreate wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideasPresent and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholdersConduct user research and evaluate user feedbackEstablish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standardsDesign internal company communicationsRequirements:Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site mapsExcellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interactionAbility to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.Ability to solve problems creatively and effectivelyUp-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologiesFamiliarity working with clients of all sizes.Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.Detail oriented and analytical.Strong team player but still a self-starter.Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.Onsite travel, as neededWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
