This includes collaborating with the MBA, MFin, MBAn, Sloan Fellows, and MSMS program offices and with the events and evaluation teams in Admissions. Will implement strategic marketing for websites, communications, print, and online materials that drive event attendance and increase the diversity of the prospect pool; and assist with the day-to-day operations of the marketing team and other activities as necessary, using the project management platform, Smartsheet. Responsibilities include prospect email communications, event promotional campaigns, onboarding admitted students, managing the CRM and reporting, creating content, and other admissions tasks as needed. PREFERRED: ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; discretion and judgment with confidential information/issues; Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; experience with a CMS (Drupal), CRM (Slate), and project management tool (Smartsheet); experience using the Technolutions Slate suite of products; and ability to use web-based tools SharePoint and Qualtrics. Job #24290-6Salary range: $54,820 - 72,175 - 89,530, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity.
