They'll assist the marketing team in a developing and executing ads that support the small law business.Responsibilities+ Assisting with marketing projects, campaigns and analysis across various marketing functions.+ Analyzing data to maximize campaign performance and ROI.+ Identifying and implementing marketing strategies and programs.+ Learning and utilizing marketing technology (i.e., Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Demandbase).+ Creating marketing materials such as Ads, presentations, and reports.+ Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Requirements+ Have a bachelor’s degree with a background in marketing.+ Be knowledgeable in theories, practices, and procedures within marketing.+ Be skilled in using various marketing strategies and media.+ Possess exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.+ Be able to work within standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines+ Possess excellent interpersonal skills for exchanging information, asking questions, and checking for understanding.Work in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
