Marketing and Communications Specialist_

GAMA-1 Technologies is seeking a part-time junior Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative and organized individual who excels in developing engaging marketing materials and managing digital content. The position offers the flexibility of remote work and requires a commitment of not to exceed 60 hours month.Key Responsibilities:+ Marketing Material Development:+ Identify and characterize target Federal markets and develop marketing campaigns+ Develop and revise key messaging in accordance with evolving GAMA-1 strategic planning+ Design and develop brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral to effectively communicate our services and achievements.+ Graphics Support:+ Design graphics for marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and social media, maintaining brand consistency.+ Social Media Management:+ Manage and schedule social media posts, including developing graphics and written content that aligns with our marketing strategy.+ Administrative Quality Management Support:+ Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Business Lead and internal Quality Manager to develop and update marketing and communication processes that align with ISO certifications and quality management standards.Qualifications:+ Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the technology or government contracting sectors.+ Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PhotoShop) and content management systems.+ Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content.+ Experience with social media management and digital marketing strategies.+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.+ Knowledge of marketing automation tools like AI tools.Preferred Qualifications:+ Collaborate with the internal Quality Manager to develop and update marketing and communication processes that align with ISO certifications and quality management standards.+ Oversee content updates and enhancements on the company website, ensuring information is current and accurately reflects our capabilities.Application Process:Interested candidates should submit a resume and a portfolio of relevant work to www.gama1tech.com/careers application portal.
