It is required that the candidate serve the mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ and demonstrate proficiency in the AdventHealth executive leadership competencies.We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Vice President (VP) of Consumer Marketing position located at our headquarters in Central Florida Division (CFD), Orlando, Florida.**GENERAL SUMMARY** **:**Reporting to the Division SVP/Chief Innovation and Partnerships Officer, the VP of Consumer Marketing is responsible for establishing the strategic framework for CFD marketing campaigns and leading the Division’s marketing and digital enterprise. The VP provides systemwide oversight to digital marketing, including web marketing strategy, digital strategy, execution and reporting. In addition, the VP provides division-wide oversight to marketing CRM platforms, analytics and precision marketing. The VP is a member of senior leadership within the corporate marketing team and within the Central Florida Division. The position works in collaboration with senior operators and strategists to direct the enterprise toward activities that will position the organization nationally for growth and high-quality care in a rapidly changing health care environment.**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** **:**+ Lead the strategic design of CFD’s integrated marketing efforts encompassing successful brand-building and volume-driving marketing initiatives to ensure the achievement of the company's growth objectives in collaboration with divisional/regional marketing leadership.+ Serve as a key member of AdventHealth’s Senior Brand Governance.+ Provide thought leadership to drive development of innovative, industry-leading marketing strategies, programs and/or initiatives. Translate consumer trends into insights related to the system's business and services.+ Lead in the development and execution of the CFD consumer messaging strategies and creative design.+ Provide executive oversight and direction to systemwideAdventHealth digital marketing leaders. Ensure appropriate marketing technology stack is in place nationally and leveraged appropriately.+ Ensure effective marketing strategies and technology are created and deployed throughout the consumer decision cycle from interest and consideration to acquisition, retention and loyalty.+ Collaborate with senior executives across AdventHealth and CFD including institutes/services lines to enable organizational alignment toward critical objectives related to key marketing initiatives and to develop marketing strategies that differentiate the organization and position the organization as market leaders.+ Develop the CFD’s annual marketing and digital plan that is consistent with the organization’s strategic plan and overall strategy.+ Manage the annually operating budget of the marketing and digital functions of tCFD.We are an equal opportunity employer and do not tolerate discrimination based on race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age or disability/handicap with respect to recruitment, selection, placement, promotion, wages, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment.
