DescriptionThe Fire TV Partner Growth team is seeking an asset manager to process approval and sourcing requests, and manage projects while working closely with internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and agencies to prepare and review marketing creative across devices and channels. Additionally, you will work directly with our top-tier streaming partners to source content for marketing and secure approvals on the final creative product. You will also help identify and implement programmatic improvements to streamline processes and increase the speed of delivery and approval.Key job responsibilities* Collaborate closely with Fire TV marketing on 1P, 2P, and 3P partner content: evangelize processes, understand requirements, and identify relevant partners/content* Connect with streaming partners to confirm approved brand inclusions in Fire TV marketing* Become subject matter expert on partner requirements and pain points to ensure successful marketing project execution* Support external agencies on workflow and partner approvals for marketing creative* Assist with asset management, status updates, and quarterly business reviews* Oversee day-to-day workflow of asset requests and approvals per SOPs* Learn new platforms as in-house tools expand* Improve existing tools and workflows by identifying problems and providing solutions* Maintain self serve content library* Coordinate and track high-volume workloads through end-to-end workflows* Support ad-hoc campaign asset needs as required for larger initiatives like Prime Day, Holiday* Adapt quickly to changes in priorities, tools, workflows, and technologyAbout the teamThe Fire TV Brand and Integrated Marketing team oversees brand marketing, manages owned marketing channels, ideates and executes full-funnel 360 degree marketing campaigns, and manages the marketing and growth relationships with streaming content partners.Basic Qualifications- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsPreferred Qualifications- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules- Experience managing projects in Smartsheet. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
