Our award-winning team is one of the largest internal creative teams in Denver.The Managing Director has overall responsibility for agency development and design of the business, and for realizing the agency’s strategic vision. This includes management and development of organizational structure, technology and tools, staffing, departmental relationships, financial and external partners.This role is based out of the corporate office, in Englewood, Colorado, reporting to the VP of Marketing, and is a key part of the marketing leadership team.**Job Duties and Responsibilities**+ Lead the development of the agency’s long- and short-term strategies.+ Provide company-wide leadership and serve as agency spokesperson.+ Identify and address agency opportunities (resources, processes and efficiency).+ Develop and uphold the agency’s culture and mission/vision.+ Implement strategic plans by working with senior leadership.+ Evaluate and track the success of the agency in reaching its goals.+ Responsible for Human Resources activities, including staffing, compensation, performance management, agency culture, employee relations and conflict resolution.+ Work closely with the marketing leadership team and HR on performance appraisals, talent planning and development plans.+ Responsible for the design and development of the agency’s organizational structure, department initiatives, and reporting relationships.+ Oversee the financial health of the agency, including clients, budgets and projections.+ Ensure staff and management are informed about key initiatives and have the information they need to perform their roles.+ Participate in high-level business development meetings and presentations.+ Act as a mentor for senior leadership, so they can stay focused on the bigger picture. Guide ongoing personal development through reviews and motivation.+ Engage in all organizational planning and development activities.**Skills, Experience and Requirements**+ 15 years experience in agency management, marketing, operations and/or business development.+ 5+ years in an executive leadership role.+ Ethical leadership experience with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.+ Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.+ Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.+ Experience strategically building agencies, developing lasting relationships with clients and retaining top talent.+ Experience managing and operating a 50+-employee, internal advertising agency.**Salary Ranges**Compensation: $175,000.00/Year - $250,000.00/Year**Benefits**We also offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits (ish.com/about/benefits?pk\_vid=7df16cf2830b8db21671727467e02e66) .The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
