This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the voice of our brand, engage with passionate followers, and drive meaningful interactions that enhance our brand-s visibility and impact.**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Community Engagement and Management** :2. Create a positive, inclusive community experience by engaging with followers, addressing concerns, and encouraging conversations that resonate with our brand values.3. Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our messaging and foster organic mentions, driving increased brand love and earned media.4. Implement cutting-edge social listening strategies to inform content development and provide actionable feedback on products from our community.5. Manage and mentor a team of 2 Community Coordinators, ensuring timely, thoughtful responses to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media channels.6. **Brand Advocacy and Relationship Building** :7. Identify and nurture relationships with key brand advocates and influencers within our community.8. Leverage these relationships to amplify our brand messaging and foster organic mentions that enhance our brand-s reach and impact.9. **Process Standardization and Improvement** :10. Develop and implement streamlined workflows for sampling, replenishment, and communication processes to keep our community engaged and excited.11. Identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and scalability within our community management operations, including the onboarding of new platforms.12. **Analytics and Tracking** :13. Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our community engagement efforts.14. Provide regular, insightful reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, trends, and areas for improvement.15. Translate data into actionable insights that drive strategy development and execution.16. **Cross-Functional Collaboration** :17. Provide timely feedback to key teams, including social media and paid partnership teams, on trending content, creators, and influencers.18. Identify social trends and emerging creators that can drive virality and engagement.19.
