Summary As a Program Analyst (Marketing) at the GS-0343-12, you will be part of Office of Field Programs, Office of the Director, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. If selected, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of marketing tools used in promoting Revolving Fund Division (RFD) products and services. Responsibilities In this role, you will spearhead the creation and execution of dynamic marketing strategies and tools to elevate the visibility and reach of Revolving Fund Division (RFD) products and services. You will drive the branding efforts, and lead the design, development, and implementation of compelling webpages and social media campaigns, ensuring robust promotion and engagement for RFD products and services. Prepare marketing materials and campaigns (e.g., posters, brochures, and web design) used to promote, market, and enhance the effectiveness of Revolving Fund Division (RFD) services and programs. Maintain databases of subscribers and prior customers (distribution lists) used to market events through email blasts and mailings. Assist in designing and maintaining the Training lnstitute's social media materials and website. Ascertain marketing material cost data, including printing, mailing, and distribution of materials. Conduct studies and analyses to determine the overall effectiveness of RFD marketing efforts. Provide technical and administrative support to the Associate Directors, RFD, and senior Program Analysts in the development of marketing procedures, strategies, and systems. Assess customer satisfaction in terms of overall marketing efforts. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For the GS-12: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience must include demonstrated experience in social media management, design, development, and implementation of marketing tools used in promoting products and services; Development of materials and marketing campaigns; assist in program planning, analysis, and reporting; Provide authoritative advice and guidance on improving overall customer service and support related to a program or initiative. Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-11 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS- 12 level. Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements (e.g., time-in-grade and qualification requirements) within 30 days of the closing date specified in the vacancy announcement. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Education There is no education substitution for this position. Education or degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field is highly recommended. Additional Information Relocation expenses will not be paid.
