Job Posting**Overview**The Digital Content Strategist is responsible for creating content strategy artifacts for a range of products. This position conducts market research to stay up on current content trends and target audiences. The Digital Content Strategist works with management and team members to identify business objectives and create content to meet objectives.**Responsibilities****_Essential Duties and Responsibilities:_**+ At the direction of the Director of Digital, strategize and oversee content as it relates to a larger B2B and B2C strategy+ As a digital content strategist, you'll zoom in and out of the details and thrive at the intersection of content, data, technology, and creativity+ Performs exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas+ Performs extensive research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends+ Creates specifications and content appropriate for personas+ Collaborates with digital and creative teams to implement strategy+ Ensures all content supports the most usable, consistent, inclusive, and delightful experiences+ Conducts periodic content audits+ Ensures that content strategy meets business objectives+ Strategizes and improves content delivery and promotion+ Analyzes content marketing strategy to evaluate effectiveness+ Assist in establishing, documenting, and socializing content best practices+ Work in a flexible manner such as at the PC office, studio or other off-site locations as needed**Qualifications****_Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_**+ Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills; storyboard and screenwriting experience preferred+ Passionate advocate for creating user-centered experiences while balancing business and user needs+ Content presentation skills+ Content delivery+ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment+ Ability to spot patterns and trends in content marketing data+ Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.+ Ability to learn new or updated software.+ Strong technical acumen+ High attention to detail**_Education and Experience:_**+ A minimum of 3 years of content strategy, content design, or similar experience+ Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, advertising, marketing, or another relevant field**_Physical Demands:_**While performing the duties of this position, the team member is regularly required to be able to:+ Sit, stand, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and/or other peripherals.+ Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.+ Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.+ Communicate information and ideas in speaking so other will understand.+ Identify and understand the speech of another person.+ Communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.+ Light to moderate lifting may be required from time-to-time_Supervisory Responsibilities_ : None_Working Environment_ : Office Environment._Language Skills:_ English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), WIS is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities to enable them to effectively perform the essential functions of the job.
