As a member of the Advanced Surgical Technologies Global Marketing organization, you will join the team responsible for marketing AST’s Lung Health portfolio where we aspire to identify, diagnose, and treat patients sooner.The Global Senior Product Manager is an essential member of the Lung Health Marketing team, reporting into the Global Senior Marketing Manager for Lung Health & Thoracic. The person will own global product management of the Lung Health portfolio, including the ILLUMISITE™ fluoroscopic navigation platform along with a diverse set of biopsy tools.In this role, you will spearhead the downstream marketing strategy and execution across key global markets, including the launch of impactful leading clinical evidence, managing societal and customer relations, owning competitive intel & positioning, product life cycle management, and orchestrating multiple omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive further adoption of our products and solutions.This role is hybrid in the office 1-3 days per week at our Cheshire Lane office in Plymouth, MN.**A Day in The Life**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.+ Develop & execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the Lung Health portfolio to drive awareness, engagement, and utilization.+ Launch campaigns utilizing new evidence to support clinical, operational, and economical value propositions of the Medtronic Lung Health portfolio.+ Define strategies, tactics, and metrics to reach target audiences, generate awareness, and train users and field teams on new products or capabilities.+ Partner closely with global regional partners and US regional marketing to translate customer needs toimpactful messaging and key resources.+ Top of FormBottom of FormDevelop strong understanding of product features, product operation, patient flow dynamics, disease state and applicable literature, and health economics to support internal teams and assist customer communications.+ Own and understand market and competitive trends, translating market dynamics into downstream marketing strategies and competitive positioning.+ Build and lead launch sub-teams, including Sales, Sales Training, Medical Education, Marketing Communications, Professional Services, Clinical/HEPR Strategy, etc.+ Conference Coordination & Customer Programs- Lead the coordination of how the Lung Health portfolio shows up at Congresses by working in partnership with the Global Marcomm and Conventions team, as well as the U.S.Product Managers within the Lung Health function.+ Demo and NFHU Product Shipment Logistics for commercial efforts.+ Product Life Cycle management and global forecasting management.Travel approximately 30% (20% domestic, 10% global)**Must Have:** **Minimum** **Requirements**+ Bachelor’s degree+ Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience+ Previous product launch/downstream marketing experience+ Hybrid Role in Minneapolis Area Offices**Nice to Have**+ MBA+ Medical device industry experience+ Strong interpersonal skills**Physical Job Requirements**The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. PR) locations (USD):$128,800.00 - $193,200.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
