As a Principal Product Manager, you will invent, improve and drive Prime Video Ad CX, in order to surprise and delight both streaming customers and video advertisers alike. Also, building and scaling profitable programs for Prime Video and Amazon Advertising.Key job responsibilitiesThe Product Management (Non-Tech) role will lead Supply Optimization and Ad Customer Experience (Ad CX) Rules, delivering effective advertising inventory management that ensures: (i) prudent supply expansion that factors in long-term impact and a quality, relevant customer experience, and (ii) optimal utilization of advertising resources and inventory to maximize revenue potential based on configured supply. The role has the following responsibilities:• Establish Ad CX rules and exceptions and optimize advertising inventory utilization by driving a data-driven strategy to expand supply across all existing and new locales.• Define cohesive metrics and guardrails for Ad CX in collaboration with partner teams (e.g., Ads, Tech, Analytics).• Establish, refine and execute levers for scaling and optimizing Prime Video ad supply across existing and new regions worldwide.• Lead Ads CX program reviews with leadership of the end-to-end PV advertising experience and insights.• Lead cross-org partnerships with Business Intelligence, Finance and more.• Provide end to end roadmap coordination of all stakeholder teams that contribute to successful launch: operations integration, tech and ops, and support systems enablement.• Propose and facilitate mechanisms to track, monitor and iterate on success metrics after launching various supply processes and capabilities.About the teamOur team is fast-paced, results-driven, and collaborative. You will have full ownership, from strategy development to execution, and performance assessment.Basic Qualifications- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience- 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- 8+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience- Bachelor's degree- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience as a product manager or ownerPreferred Qualifications- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technologyAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
