This role will collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal teams to streamline the authorization process and enhance the overall efficiency of services.This role…+ Initiates and completes the authorization process for medical services.+ Verifies patient insurance coverage and determine the specific authorization requirements for each case.+ Collaborates with insurance companies to obtain and confirm authorization details.+ Maintains accurate and organized records of all authorization requests and approvals.+ Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies related to authorization documentation.+ Liaises with insurance companies, and internal teams to facilitate the authorization process.+ Identifies and address any issues or discrepancies in the authorization process promptly.+ Collaborates with internal teams to resolve authorization-related challenges and ensure timely resolution.+ Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.We are excited to speak to someone with the following...+ High School Diploma required.+ Zero (0) plus years of experience.+ Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.Pay: $ 14.23 - $19.21 an hourModivcare’s positions are posted and open for applications for a minimum of 5 days.
