DescriptionThe Customer Channel Technology (CCTech) Team within the AWS Marketing Technology organization is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be an exceptionally strong communicator both written and verbally, and will lead multi-discipline, highly technical project initiatives. The ideal candidate will be familiar with one or more AWS products, and will have successfully managed multiple technology projects. The TPM will be fully competent in project management tools and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle.Key job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilities and requirements:- Work with engineers, product managers, program managers and other members of the AWS Marketing Technology team to coordinate the launch of different services and products.- Identify process improvement opportunities and high-risk areas.- Work with service owners to develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.- 3+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.- Experience in driving requirements and process improvements- Experience evaluating system-level technical design- Support business and stakeholders by seeking out opportunities to simplify and automate metrics and reportingAbout the teamAbout AWSDiverse ExperiencesAWS values diverse experiences. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
