Job LocationMinneapolisJob DescriptionThe Target Customer Team is seeking a Marketing Director to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will work to develop, align, and execute differentiated solutions that drive disproportionate share & category value with Target. This role requires comfort with working cross-functionally with marketing teams, sales teams, and Target partners to develop business strategy that leads to exceptional category growth.This is an exciting role that will have a major impact on our long-term growth, winning in our biggest categories and priorities with Target!Job ResponsibilitiesDemand Creation Execution+ Lead development and execution of Marketing Playbooks across key categories inclusive of strategic planning, media and marketing execution and measurement of results to deliver the business goal across different consumer groups+ Influence internally and externally to drive awareness and conversion+ Collaborate and align marketing plans with Sales team, category brand teams and key customer stakeholders to unlock incremental support+ Identify areas for optimization - including focus on delivering stewardshipSales Process & Marketing Center of Excellence+ Organize the Marketing Workflow, Process, Manage Timelines, PACE model, and Calendar of Events – Document the process & Deploy / Update as needed.+ Own relationships with internal and external players+ Outline best in class practices for share and reapply across the teamsJob QualificationsWe are looking for candidates who are ready to lead and be accountable owners for end-to-end execution of business processes, communication with key stakeholders, deployments, and continual improvements.+ 5-7 years of brand marketing/Shopper marketing related working experience+ Proven track record of developing, planning, and executing breakthrough marketing plans to increase reach and ROI+ Ability to work in ambiguity and manage processes to achieve goals+ Experience in digital commerce and media planning+ Strong critical thinking and leadership+ Proven project ownership spirit and thinking one step forward+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple working teams+ Positive ‘can do ‘attitude and being self-motivatedCompensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
