We boldly go.**Job Summary:**The Services Marketing Manager, Life Science Solutions, is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing domestic and global service strategies. This role will have accountability to drive services growth across both healthcare and biosciences verticals. The Services Marketing Manager is responsible for developing new program strategies that drive demand for all services offerings, including preventative maintenance, installation and delivery services, validation services, turnkey services, consulting services, break/fix services, and all future service offerings for clinical, research, and bioproduction equipment categories. This position will partner with direct and indirect sales channel partners to identify targets, create services value propositions, and create growth programs to enable facility-level service agreements and growth of the overall services business. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional peers including Marketing Communications, Product Management, and Sales Leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, and the successful candidate will excel at performing individually as well as driving the success of cross-functional teams. Hybrid work location (3 days in office) in Davidson, NC or Noblesville, IN is preferred.**What you will do:****Services Growth Strategy and Planning:**+ Develop services marketing plan that is consistent with the organization’s mission, vision, and objectives for growth across clinical and biosciences customer verticals. Includes go-to-market programs, sales tools, and training priorities for direct and indirect sales channel partners.+ Adjusts strategies to address changing market and competitive trends.+ Drive marketing strategies and support for both OEM service and warranty offerings and equipment agnostic service offerings.+ Utilize customer inputs and research, competitive intelligence, market insights, internal data sources, and voice of sales to create plans and programs that deliver ROI and achieve assigned KPIs for targeted segments.+ Partner with the Life Sciences Solutions Strategic Accounts team to develop specific strategies and tactics with key national distribution partners, and support Account Based Marketing opportunities as assigned.+ Develop and execute region-specific marketing plans for expansion sites to support growth across domestic and international markets.**Demand Generation and Marketing Communications Support:**+ Define buyer personas and develop compelling market messages (including competitive value propositions) for new and existing services in healthcare and biosciences verticals.+ Partner with Marketing Communications to support campaigns and communication initiatives by leading services content marketing strategy and execution.+ Create and deliver compelling content via white papers, testimonials, event marketing, blogs, videos, e-books, user-generated content, and other tools.+ Drive services messaging into Marketing Communications campaign plans and Life Science Solutions website strategy.+ Identify high ROI demand generation and advertising opportunities to expand brand awareness and create new leads.+ Partner with Marketing peers to ensure equipment/hardware campaigns include messaging about Service offerings and customer value propositions**Customer/Sales Champion to Drive Achievement to Plan:**+ Develop effective sales tools, training, and other programs for direct and indirect sales channels to leverage new growth opportunities.+ Create compelling sales presentations and demo scripts+ Identify reference sites and testimonials for industry and customer referrals+ Support sales training initiatives that further enable equipment and contracting sales teams to effectively position services+ Partner with members of the sales organization to identify and advance key opportunities, and enable wins+ Incorporate Services messaging into Equipment Sales marketing collateral and campaigns to improve attachment at Equipment point of sales+ Responsible for achievement of business targets for services revenue; monitors and understands bookings and win/loss information and continuously utilizes this information to enhance services marketing plan.**What you will bring:**+ Bachelor’s degree required+ 4+ years of marketing management experience in a healthcare or life sciences related field+ Extensive experience in aspects of developing and maintaining product and segment marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using CRM as growth tool+ Excellent written and verbal communications skills.+ Willingness to travel up to 20%**It would be great if you had experience in or with:**+ Department budget, annual product forecast, and pricing+ Developing and utilizing marketing KPIs to drive continuous improvement+ Marketing capital equipment products or services used in healthcare applications+ Digital marketing initiatives as part of marketing plans (website, automation programs, content generation, etc.)+ Understanding of clinical and/or research laboratory capital equipment markets, product applications, and equipment regulatory requirements+ Demonstrating marketing skills and product knowledge of capital equipment applications within the domestic and international clinical markets.**Compensation:**Base Pay Range: $110,000-$125,000Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
