Learn more about ADP's commitment on our YouTube channel: areers/DEI\_Videos**What You'll Do:****Here's what you can expect on a typical day:**+ **Lead.** Guide and define the UX vision for our next generation product+ **Discover.** Work to uncover unmet needs from the ADP customers+ **Collaborate.** Partner effectively with product management, engineering, and user research throughout release cycles+ **Foster a creative environment.** Establish a culture of collaboration and critique while measuring the impact of your team’s contributions in an atmosphere where great design work can happen.+ **Remain informed.** Stay on top of changing UX design technologies, as well as industry standards to ensure leading-edge interpretation and execution of design applications+ **Balance priorities.** Manage strategic leadership with strong hands-on UX problem solving+ **Propel achievement.** Help drive user research and testing efforts+ **Advise.** Mentor and develop your team to grow and evolve their purpose and mission+ **Engage in talent activities.** Participate in the recruitment and interview process, as the team grows**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:**+ You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.+ 5+ years’ experience creating sophisticated, yet simple and elegant design for enterprise an enterprise product+ 5+ years’ experience (preferably in an agile environment), with minimum of two managing and guiding teams+ 2+ years’ experience managing and mentoring designers though day-to-day work as well as in their longer-term career development+ You must demonstrate ability to successfully manage several large projects simultaneously+ You are capable of working hand-in-hand with product team members on requirements and design+ You can act as an internal consultant providing business and technical guidance: you're comfortable talking about business models and analytics+ You own an exceptional design portfolio with well-thought-out interactions and interface designs across both web and mobile applications+ You have extensive domain experience**YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN:**+ **Have courageous team collaboration.** Courage comes from how associates are willing to have difficult conversations, speak up, be an owner, and challenge one another's ideas to find the best solution.+ **Deliver at epic scale.** We deliver real user outcomes using strong judgment and good instincts. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
