Qualified candidates will have experience driving operational excellence through meticulous pre-launch checks, effective problem-solving, and continuous process optimization. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality and reliability of our content delivery to Prime Video customers.Key job responsibilities- Conduct thorough pre-launch checks of high-value content, utilizing cutting-edge automation tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.- Perform Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) to identify and address operational issues, preventing their recurrence.- Dynamically update and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in response to new insights and technologies, maintaining operational agility.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational workflows and customer experience.A day in the lifeFocus on the rigorous day-to-day operations, including continuous process checks and improvement initiatives.Drive innovation in publishing capabilities by influencing and partnering with the engineering and tech teams.Work effectively in a team environment and cross-functionally with Prime Video Catalog technology teams, engineers, Studio Productions, Analytics, Product, and Video Content Services.About the teamOur mission is to make available to Prime Video customers the largest and highest quality, and most enriched catalog of video content anywhere in the world. By doing so, we remove distribution limitations and level the playing field across studios, so every title is available to every customer worldwide and the best content wins.Basic Qualifications- Experience in Operations- Proficient skills in Excel to track and analyze complex data sets, including the use of basic formulas and formatting- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment- Proven track record of problem-solving and process improvementPreferred Qualifications- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data visualization, advanced formulas, etc.)- Experience in MS Access and SQL- Experience with digital content delivery systems and workflows- Familiarity with automation tools and methodologies- A passion for technology and innovation, with a continuous learning mindsetAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $115,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
