Our team creates best-in-class social content that educates and inspires advertisers to grow their brand with Amazon Ads.We are seeking an insight-driven, curious, and experienced social media marketer to own the end-to-end creation and delivery of social campaigns for @AmazonAds social media channels. In this highly-cross functional role, you’ll work with stakeholder teams across Amazon to deeply understand our solutions and how they work together to solve customer challenges. You’ll apply that knowledge to produce social-first content across our social channels. Candidates must possess past social media experience, exceptional verbal and written communications skills, and be comfortable managing projects with multiple stakeholders. This role requires exceptional project management skills and ability to influence stakeholders in order to deliver optimized content for our social channels. This is a fast-paced role with opportunities to flex creative, strategic, and operational muscles in service of developing bar-raising social creative.Key job responsibilitiesDrive the creation and delivery of compelling social media content in alignment with business goals, brand and product messages, and other priorities.Work directly with internal stakeholders to identify social content deliverables and deadlines, communicate expectations, and ensure results.Manage existing and new relationships with third-party agencies and content creators.Develop creative ways to activate and grow our audience on social media platforms, such as LinkedIn and Instagram, demonstrating excellent judgment, instincts, and a deep understanding of the social media landscape.Analyze social trends, algorithms, competitors, and the broader social environment to discern user preferences and behaviors, informing content and social-first strategy.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree- 6+ years of experience in social media marketing industry; B2B social media experience a plus.- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.- Ability to plan ahead while also creating a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Deep understanding of major social media platforms including analytics, trends, and creative best practices.- Experience using and presenting data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.- Willingness to travel to support key brand moments, including events.Preferred Qualifications- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery- Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlinesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
